1. Download activation

The possibility for downloading your titles is activated after receipt and check of your payment. Please note that this could happen in a few minutes, but according to method of payment can also take some days. As soon as your titles are ready for download, you will receive an e-mail notification from us.

2. Problems with the download

Our downloads are packed into zip-files. You need a suitable programme to unzip them. Windows XP contains normally a pack programme.

3. Unzip of zip archives

4. Contents of the zip archives

The zip archives contain the bought title in the mp3 format. If you have bought a complete album, moreover the archive contains the booklet of the CD in the pdf format.

5. Quality of the mp3 files

All titles offered by us have nearly CD quality and are encoded with 192 kBit/s.
